NUTELLA SCROLLS

Ever have that craving for Nutella but it's late and you're already in your PJ's and can't go out to fulfil your craving? Me too. With this recipe for Nutella Scrolls you can kill that craving in only 7 minutes! How you ask? I'll tell ya.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of white bread (or wholemeal, we don't discriminate)
  • 1 egg (no embryo preferably)
  • Dash of milk
  • Salt (idk why just do it)
  • As much Nutella as your heart desires (or can handle)
  • Plate spread with sugar

Instructions:

  1. Beat the egg until it can't take it anymore then add a dash of milk and a few rotations of salt and put aside for later
  2. De-crust your bread
  3. Use a rolling pin to squish your bread until it's as thin as 13 pieces of paper together
  4. Spread on your chosen amount of Nutella and then roll up the now delicious pieces of bread into scrolls
  5. Pour sugar in a bowl and set aside for later
  6. Heat up some butter in a frying pan on medium high heat
  7. Remember that egg and milk combo we made before? Get it back out and roll your scrolls in them
  8. Place scrolls in the pan and cook for a maximum of 2ish minutes before rotating 3 times to fry on all sides? I guess it's frying
  9. Place them in our sugar bowl and cover them in the sugar, make sure to do it while they're still a little wet and hot from the pan so that the sugar sticks like sand at the beach
  10. Serve and eat immediately to get that gooey Nutella oozing out

Recipe Notes:

  • Be sure to clean everything up afterwards so Mum doesn't yell at you
